Report made to the Justices of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas in August 1769 concerning a dispute over road conditions in Fredericksburg. Several men, but predominantly Jacob Meily, were charged with having 'committed divers nusances by Fencing up and Stopping of Sundry Streets and Alleys' near the town.
